Traditional financing tools are often used for physical investments that have an inherent collateral value. However, they are generally accompanied by additional expenses and fees (hiring, professional fees, training, etc.) of an intangible nature, intrinsic to innovation and international development, while the return on investment is not immediate.

Financing Solutions

Bottom-of-balance-sheet financing :

– amortizable, medium-term,
– patient, including periods of deferred capital amortization,
– unrestricted, allowing flexibility in the free use of funds,
– without guarantee, on neither the company’s assets nor its directors and shareholders.

Top-of-balance-sheet financing :

in the form of bonds or equity, through investment funds or crowdlending platforms.
